Oral hygiene and oral care products
We all want to enjoy a healthy and beautiful smile. And to make sure we do, our personal efforts are very important. Here are a few tips on how to ensure good oral hygiene:
- Brush your teeth 3 times a day. If you don’t have the opportunity to do so, at least rinse your mouth with water.
- Keep sugary drinks and other sugar-rich products to a minimum.

- Choose apples and carrots as often as possible for snacks – eating these foods will also provide a great massage for your gums.
- Don’t forget to change your toothpaste regularly – at least once every 4 to 5 months.
- Your toothbrush should be replaced once every 3 months.
